    Your Jee marks and rank are both very appreciable.

    It's difficult to say about CSE in nit surathkal, but you can get other branches like electrical or ece there.

    You mentioned that your home state is up so why don't you choose CSE in Allahabad. You'll surely get it in this rank.

    Sorry to say but you missed it by a few numbers. But your marks are excellent you may get CSE at mnit jpr nit kkr nit hamirpur may be nit allahbad. All the best for counselling.
