Best thing would be prepare for IITJAM since its level is high so in the end you would be getting a good rank in this also prepare notes of what you have studies in 3 years of BSc and solve previous years papers as much as you can so that you can manage time easily in the paper.
For previous years papers purchse arihant previous years book and practice.
