sir my general rank in upsee is 35999 and mycategory rank is 2377 can i get IT or CSE in any REC college ?

Daer, Ishant you rank as you see it average and getting instituted like this it bit difficult for CSE option, So I suggested you take IT it is easy to get it as compare to CSE and they are good chances to you may get IT in this Instituted.
