No with this rank you can't be able to take admission in NIT Srinagar or IIIT Bhagalpur eventhough with your category also it will be difficult for you to take admission in these elite institutes.

Sorry but based on your rank ie 96K you will not alloted any college in JOSAA, you can try in your home state quota other wise no chance.
