What are closing ranks for obc(outside delhi region) for admission in dtu for MAM ,MCE, or PIE ?

Firstl before going to the details, from your options it feels you are interested in Mechanical Engineering. And being a pursuing mechanical eng. grad I would like to recommend you to fill ME specialization in automative engineering (MEAE) as your top most priority.
The order of the branch should be MEAE > ME >>> PIE
Yes I wouldn't recommend you to opt for PIE as currently industry doesn't demands the ME to have industrial specialization (Atleast for next 15 years)
Now coming for the ranking
Though JAC counseling is fairly unpredictable, but my safe guess would be
ME - under 16k
MEAE - under 18k
PIE - under 20k
Also I would request you to go to end stage ie the spot round of JAC. I've personaly observed the huge turnouts happening at JAC spot round.
