There are various colleges involvibg study of Polymers and Chemical bonds and cross Industrial application.
Some top colleges inclide:-
Unfortunately, none of the NITs do offer Polymers Engineering Specialization as it has been niche and finds limited recruiteers.
All above are recommended colleges with decent Placements with best curriculum.
Job opportunities into Research and Development, Public and Private Sectors, Minsitry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
