There is no fixed cutoff score for BITSAT, it depends upon various factors and keeps changing every year.
The cutoff score for BPharm is the lowest, and its somewhere around 210 to 230.

Hello,
If you are outside state student then you need to score around 195 marks(8000-10000 rank) in jee mains to get admission in BIT MESRA.
