If you belongs to general category your State merit list No. should be under 700–800

and if you belongs to SC/ST category then your State Category Rank should be under 100–200 in MHT CET to get admission in VJTI for CSE.

You need to score around 180 marks in JEE main to get CSE branch in VJTI.

No im from OBC so will it affect the cutoff?

VJTI and COEP always have the highest cutoff.
So firstly if you are from general category the cutoff is 190+ for CS, IT, and 185 or above for Mech, electrical etc. You can expect little low cut off for electronics and civil around 180 or 175 for civil for production its 165 and for textile it is 140.
