The eligibility for domicile certificate in the state of karnataka is as follows:

To apply for a Karnataka domicile certificate, the applicant should have been a permanent resident in the state for at least 6 years from a given year. If you qualify this criteria, you can apply for the domicile certificate which will make you able to take the benefits of a local candidate.
