You have to register for Josaa if you want to attend the IITs or NITs counselling and state board portal for satate govt and pricate collegea

you have to go for counseling through jee main for any private college because your rank is not so good as you can get admission in any govt college as well as top Pvt college.

you can fill the name which college you want to take admission.

The process is very simple oncle you get your result and your rank in jee mains 2018 you need to attend it's councelling which is going to start from june. But sorry to say but you didn't even clear the cut off of your category so the chances of getting into DTU and that too with CSE is impossible and I don't think you can get cse in any good college with these marks so I would suggest you to rather prepare for other enterence exams(if you have filled their registration forms ) or to look for some private college.
