You have to score around 95 marks in JEE Main to get Metallurgy branch in NIT Warangal in SC category.

As per the cutoff of NIT Warangal for Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in the year 2016, the cutoff rank or the closing rank was 4013. So, if you plan to appear in JEE Main 2018, you need to get a rank above this rank. We can not tell you the exact marks for admission, as the authorities do not release marks or any data related to marks/score of the candidates in the entrance test. Thus, you have to plan it taking the rank into account.
