Hi Samridhi,
Once you have completed your course from IGNOU and have completed your written examinations for the same, the result will be published online and the mark sheet and certificate would be sent by post to your registered address.
If you wish to get the mark sheet and certificate earlier then you can visit your regional center for IGNOU where you can get them easily.

Hi TamajitThanks for writing in. I visited the regional centre ( Jammu) they said nothing can be done from here. I should go to Delhi and figure out things. Any leads there in Delhi ? Thanks :)
