Yes u have to apply at bit website for these colleges.
My suggestion is don't apply for bit deoghr . It's a waste of money.
Bit Patna and bit Jaipur r good but bit deoghr is very bad

u can apply for bit mesra through josaa.......and for bit patna and jaipur u have to check their website
