Hey there

Both the colleges are under comedk and has equal rankings. Both the colleges comes under Visvesvaraya technological University and the placement scenario of both the colleges are same but if you want lesser fees then go with ms Ramaiah though there is not much difference but yes Ramaiah has lower fees.

I can say it's better upto a good extent than BMS. Placements for ISE in MSRIT have been very good. Last year a guy got a package of 50 lpa and faculties and facilities are up to the mark.

If you are looking at learning, placements, ranking etc MSRIT fares better than BMSCE but if you are looking from a holistic approach like sports and cultural apart from Studies and placements then you have to go for BMSCE.

Definitely MSRIT ISE is better than that of BMSCE.
