Both of these universities are best but out of both BIT, Nainital is best. Give your first preference to BIT Nainital. If you don't get get seat prefer Chandigarh University.They too have best placement records for Computer science and Engineering. Top most recruiters visit campus. They are more focused on practical knowledge rather than theoretical.
Rest it is based on a student how well he /she studies.
