There are multiple prepaid as well as postpaid networks which work extremely well at LPU. You can go for Airtel, Idea, BSNL, Reliance Jio.My younger brother is studying at LPU and using Jio sim and no issues he is facing so far.All telecom networks are good but in terms of internet usage you can go for Jio or Airtel preferably. Along with that LPU wireless and hostel WiFi also has good connectivity and speed. Lovely Professional University has 70 Km of fibre optic cable throughout the campus which acts as a backbone for the network.

There is high-speed University WiFi present in both hostels and in campuses so if your data may get used up, you can use this WiFi

As a alumni of this University,I would like to answer your query. I did MBA from Lovely Professional University,and honestly those were the best days of my life. I made some amazing friends and had some amazing experiences. LPU is one of the best choices indeed. It provides for multiple industrial exposures, live projects, an updated curriculum rigor and technology along with very good placements and personality development .

I am a Airtel user from long back and I was kind of lazy to change my sim and number but when I entered the campus the networks are working absolutely fine and I got high-speed data of 4G, so right now so far so good. Some of my friends were using different networks such as Jio, Airtel, BSNL, Idea networks also work well here in Campus.

First of all, your internet needs are taken care by LPU itself,

Total speed of 600 Mbps is available throughout the campus, a large number of modems or wifi hotspots are available in all the blocks, the campus boasts of more than 70 km of optical fibre spread over its vast area !

However if you still wish to use mobile connectivity, then almost all the service carriers have great tower signal strength, lead by JIO !

There are many networks which is supported and among them JIO is better than all other networks.

I think the best sim for internet is Jio, Airtel, Vodafone. Also, JioNet is available at LPU.
