According to me architect don't have very bright career in india. There are not very high number of opportunity here. So, it is better to go for BTech from good college possible. And if this BTech college offer placement then it is good. Don't look for NIT tag in

i got 11001 rank in OBC category with 86.25 percentile for jee main paper 2 is there a chance to get into NIT's that have b arch course

With the rank of 11001 in OBC category you have very low chances for getting any NITs for Barch. Refer this link to know cutoff of NITs in barch-
