Can I change my college in second year in engineering while my jee score is 72 and cet score is 40 and boards score is 58.92. If yes then please suggest me the college name all over india thank you

Yes, You can change your college after your second year but the condition is that the other college has to be from the same university itself under which you are currently studying.If this is not the case then you will have to drop from your second college.
