Hello aspirant,

As numerous students apply for the registration of CAT exam then there may be some technical glitch.

As you mentioned that you have had payment issues, so I suggest you try make payment after some time or the next day. And if you have paid the amount but doe not get confirmation then wait for some days, you will get your money refunded.
