For admission in IIITD they need OBC -NCL certificate issued after 01.03.2019 but I have certificate issued before 01.03.2019.

You mentioned that you will get admission in IIIT Delhi. But OBC category certificate is required which must be issued after 01.03.19.
But you have the certificate before 01.03.19.
You wants solution. But sorry to say that this problem has no solution.
This is a important condition of admission.
It is a very big problem for you.
