Hey, I wanted to fill the PG application form. However, I missed the date and now the window is closed. Is there any way to get the form offline? My family is going through a devastating time and tangled in all of that I missed the chance to apply, but I can't afford to waste an year.

Once the application window is closed, you cannot fill the form until and unless the University postpones the time for filling which doesn't seem possible now. And no you cannot get the form offline. You can look for other colleges if you wish to take admission this year.
