Yes, if you are from Chattisgarh.
But if you are from another state, then you'll only get a seat if you are from a reserved category, otherwise not.

Dear Anamika,

According, to the previous year cut off you have less chances to get admission in NIT Raipur in general category other state quota.

If you want you can prepare for JEE Advanced to take admission in IITs or you should focus on other engineering entrance exam if you are preparing for any.
