how are mtech placements at iit roorkee for electrical and expected cutoff for obc for gate ee 2019??

The gate cutoff for EE for previous year is as follows
Main discpline 54.56
Allied discipline-71.38
This year cutoff will be little bit heigher as paper was easy than last year.
The placement scinerio of Roorke is good. Heights package offered for MTech was 9.29 lakh with avaerage package of 5.49 lakh.

sir whether 54.56 are marks obtained out of 100 or iit roorkee considers normalized marks???
