If the fees are high then you can apply through the csholarships. There are many scholership schemes availabe through which you can be helped in fees. Also you can go to the college and get the information about any relexation in fess they are giving. Based on the marks you obtained in the entrance tests you will be able to get the scholarships as per the college norms if it is applicable.
