I am planning for ECE, where to go? LPU or CU? I am geting scholarships in both

Both are good, However LPU is one step ahead of CU in everything.

Students who study EEE from LPU get an opportunity to do practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab, VLSI Lab, Power System & Power Electronics lab, DSP Lab, Robotics and Automation lab, etc. and other workshops conducted by this department such as Robotics workshop, Labview workshop, and many more.

In my opinion, you should choose LPU without any doubt. As an alumni of LPU, i would suggest that LPU is a better option.

If my opinion you will ask I will say better to pursue ECE from LPU well renowned, reputed, and remarkable university which gets its existence on the university level since 2006.LPU is the most sought after and buzzing place to pursue B.Tech ECE in the whole northern region.

It's significance has penetrated in every field of our existence.It mainly deals with the communication technologies along with the basic electronic components, design of circuits and systems. Electronics and Communication department is established with well-equipped laboratories and research fecilities.

It is predicted that the jobs for engineers will grow by 7% from 2016 to 2026. ... The application of ECE in fields, such as satellite and mobile communication, digital telecommunication, power electronics, etc. has created amazing career options.

As far as I come to know from LPU ECE existing student who is now in final year let me share with you key points:

1) The faculty, the infrastructure and other facilities are excellent.
2) The placements are good and the preparation begins from the very first year.
3) There is more than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc.
4) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. Both the college are very good. You should go to one where you are getting more scholarship. If you are getting Chandigarh campus then choose Chandigarh university over lpu other wise go for lpu.

Since both have good placement but cu has an better edge than lpu for ece branch.
