I cannot find college like iet lucknow and knit sultanpur in choices available in upsee choice filling what can be the reason

Yes you are right but does that mean i am not eligible for these colleges

Srry to say but u r not eligible.. But u can go for other collgs...
But it is mentioned in the document that outside up students are eligible to be considered in 10% of seats
I think it is only applicable in private colleges... Not in govt collgs
