With a score of 110 in JEE Main, your rank will be somewhere around 60000. With this rank, I don't think you'll get admission in IIIT Delhi, as the last rank admitted last year in last round is around 17000(General). I'll share the last rank details here -

OBC - 121508 - IT
SC - 254689 - IT
