For your rank, you have few chances to get B-Category admission at CBIT, because only 15% seats are reserved for B-Category

If you’re interested in IT ,then you may get at VNR or GRIET, you may get EEE/Civil/Mechanical/chemical engineering/Biotechnology at CBIT/Vasavi
