I got 90 percentile in JEE 2020 January, SC category from ASSAM. can I get CS or ECE branch in NIT silchar.

You have not mentioned your rank or marks (just percentile) hence it will be really difficult to say anything focussing on your percentile. However I can tell you the cutoff rank for your category in cse Or ECE. The closing rank for 1st round (HS ) SC category was 4220
