i have 326000 rank in jee main 2020. can iget IT or ECE in bpit or gtbit(general delhi) ?

With your rank you'll not get IT at BPIT DELHI.
But in the round 3 counselling you'll get ECE.
As per previous records, you have a chance of getting ECE at BPIT DELHI in the 3ef round counselling.
