i have got 99.39 percentile in 9 January jee mains exam what is my rank and can i get dtu cse i m from delhi

Your rank should be around 6000 which is very good rank . Since you are from Delhi , you have a very good chance to get CSE in DTU.
But you should try to work harder for April attempt since it might see more number of registrations. So your rank might vary from the actual rank .
