sorry to say but you are not eligible because the minimum number for eligibility is 25 or 26 as per NIRF.

No it's not possible. You have not even qualified JEE mains. BIT Meera requires more than 180 marks for admission in it. You are not eligible. Please go for other engineering entrance exams and state engineering entrance exams.
