Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs college. So with 470 marks if you belong to general category than you have very less chances for mbbs even under state quota. Although, you can try private colleges if you want only mbbs, otherwise you can also get govt. Bams and bhms for sure. You can also use college predictor through this link:
