i took admsn in july 2019 for MEG course but i neither submitted the assignments nor gave TEE dec 2019. will i have to re-register?? what is the process for me to continue the course now??

Hello,
Since you have taken admission in July 2019 session, you have to submit assignments in this March 2020, and you can appear for term end exam in June 2020. And, yes you've to do re-registration for second year in MEG course in this March in order to be able to register for next session.
