Well both the University is doing well but being a alumni of LPU,I would say,Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. Both are the best universities but we  have to choose any one that is LPU .

LPU is very university as for cse department and as well as ECE DEPARTMENTS, it has more than 90% more than placement in cse department. And LPU Hostel is one of the best hostel in India and it has 2  fantastic libraries.
