if I go for dec exams instead of july while enroled in july 2019 then assignments & practical both are valid or i hv to do the same again ?

If you will appear in july or December , doesn't make difference except you will get more time to study .
You will have to appear for both theory and practicals. I don't think , assignments you will have to do again. But practical part you have to do again.

In case,this query is regarding IGNOU,then no there's going to be no problem appearing in December term and exam,if you have already submitted assignments and done with your practical exams and have passed it as well,then no need to go through it once again,as being qualified in each of the two,pass marks will be automatically updated in your mark sheet. So,you're done with your submission of assignments and practical exams,you can appear for December Term End Exam
