    The normal rule for iit delhi is  Candidates who have secured at least 75% (65% for SC/ST) marks at 10+2 level or be in the top 20 percentiles in 10+2 board examination. A valid score in JEE Advanced is mandatory for admission.its doesn't matter in which state you belongs.
