well its not that hard to get admission in anna university in the stream of food technology btech.the admission process is based on entrance examination and the candidate has towrite jee mains. the jee main is of 2 parts mains and adv.for Btech in food technology the rank in jee mains will be considered.
so with proper preparation you can get into the stream of food technology.
