is placements of nit Surathkal civil good? will all the students get placed for civil?

Hi,
Yes, Around 90% of the students got placed . The average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 17 LPA. A lot of reputed companies visit the college for placements. Internships are also available for most students.
The Placement of Civil Engineering in NIT Surathkal is good but not as good as CSE, ECE. On an average around 80-90% students got placed but their
average package is around 5-6 lakh
which is quite low when compared to other branches.
