I think a person should choose LPU over Chandigarh University. LPu has a very good campus and provides a great exposure to the students. The faculties of the colleges are also very helpful. LPU has some amazing labs for the practical work. Guest lecturer also visit the place once in a while to motivate the students.

The placement for CSE in LPU is also very good. However, please make sure that you study very hard but still get exposure about new things.
