mam I got 384 marks in neet 2020 and my all india rank 204355 and ews category rank 22819,please tell me is there any chance of getting mbbs/ bds seats in andhra pradesh college

As per your marks, and previous year cuttoff you may get good private college but you have a very less chance of government college..
For government college, a candidate need to score more than 500 ..but you will get good private college.. Or if you applying from state quota, then you have a little but chance for government seat.
