Acc to your obc rank 11k it is difficult for you for you to get CS on aby of the NITs but still u can get other branches like Ec ,Mech,EE,Civ etc in Nits Mostly you can get these branches in Eastern state Nits or in NIT Srinagar. Top 10 Nits u wont get any of core branches.Still hope for best in josaa counselling.All the best.
