My rank is 6000 in Obc ncl from UP.Can I get admission in IET lko in upsee 19 in 2nd round counselling in civil or computer engg.

There is some less chance to get admission in IET LUCKNOW based on this rank. As you have 6000 in OBC ncl rank but you have not mentioned your general rank. So I cannot give you complete information about this. As cut off vary from year to year  . It depends on the number of students appeared in the exam and the level of paper whether it is easy , moderate or difficult. You should go through counselling properly. Do your counselling properly. Give your preference to the Colleges based on your rank. You can come to know about various Colleges  that you can get based on your rank. So you can try for the Colleges where you can get admission based on your rank.
