To get an ESIC Medical institute the one of the parent must have the ESIC certificate/card. It is granted to people who have IP quota.
Under your rank, you can apply to following colleges under IP quota:
- ESIC Medical College AND PGIMSR, Kolkata
- ESIC Medical College, Gulbarga
- SLBS Govt. Medical College, Mandi
However, you can also consider applying to alternate medicine courses if you are interested.
