What if i qualify LPU NEST but dont qualify +2 eligibility criteria

Hi there , the first and most important step for admission in LPU is , to fulfill the eligibility criteria of programme in which you want to take admission . If you are unable to fulfill criteria , then there is no use of qualifying LPUNEST test . The other way is that you can apply another course in which your 12th class percentage lies .

Hi there, for admission fulfilling eligibility conditions is mandatory such as percentage in qualifying exam and entrance exam. However, if you are not able to fulfil the eligibility conditions, it does not mean that the LPU will shut its doors for you. As far as I know to get into any course at LPU you need to meet eligibility condition and admission criteria of that course you are interested in.LPUNEST also serves 2 purposes i.e. eligibility as well as scholarship.Your 12th pass percentage as per eligibility condition should match and in case LPUNEST is compulsory to qualify in your desired course then you need to take care of that too.

Admission in LPU in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for the programme which includes the qualifying examination marks and the performance in the entrance tests if applicable.

Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is conducted by Lovely Professional University (LPU) every year. It is a university level examination that held once in a year for admission of candidates to various courses available at the university.

The purpose of LPUNEST differs from programme to programme. For some programme it is for Eligibility and Scholarship purpose both and for some it is just for Scholarship purpose only.

Around 40% marks are required to qualify it for Eligibility purpose. For Scholarship purpose, cut-offs are required to be qualified.

Only Qualifying the Eligibility criteria you can proceed for Admissions whether it includes Qualifying examination marks only along with performance in entrance exam or with Qualifying examination marks only.

As per their website, LPU has extended their dates of admission till 30th November, 2020 for some programmes. For more information, you can refer the official Website of LPU.

You will have to satisfy both the criteria otherwise you cant opt for that particular programme.

You will have to qualify in both to meet the eligibility criteria to get admission in LPU.

You wont be eligible for admission if you dont clarify any of the either.
