The total seat intake for B. Tech courses in the National Institute of Technology Srinagar is 899. For B.Tech CSE, seat intake is 84 while for Civil Engineering seat intake is 183. A total of 117 seats are allotted to Mechanical Engineering students and 113 seats are allotted to Electrical Engineering students.
