Hello Apoorva, you need to go to official website of GATE 2019. The website is http://gate.iitm.ac.in/
Then click on the link beside 'View GATE results' (the link is in red colour)
Enter your e-mail id/ enrollment ID/ Registration ID
Enter the other relevant details and you will get the results.
