Both have good placement but in case of infrastructure and facility LPU is better than any other University. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements etc.

Well every university is doing good for their students but as per my knowledge I can give you the insight of LPU as my cousin did B Tech from here and she is placed in cognizant with good salary package.

6. Research oriented skills(paper writing , new ideas sharing , getting patent(project ), participating in seminar/conference).
7. Show case your talent (music, dance, painting , ….etc) (More than 1000 events).
8. Good internship and trained from different internal faculties and guest lecture from outside.
9. More than 90% placements in TCS, CTS, Techmahindra, HCL…etc.

You should go in any of these colleges as all of these are very good in terms of placement and faculties in the CSE branch. I will suggest you to go for the lpu University as the previous placement record is very good. If you are lucky then you may get placed in Google through this University. You can also go for SRM and Thapar but the exposure that you get here is unmatchable.
