Gopi, No. Local Students who belong to India and who studied in India do not qualify to study under NRI Category. To be eligible under NRI Category, either of your parents or guardian should have a NRI Status. And Institutional Quota is being eligible for participating State quota of the State that you studied 10th and 12th from though you do not have the domicile of the State. For example, if you belong to Haryana, but you completed your 10th and 12th from Delhi, you shall be eligible for Delhi State Quota. Now the fees depends on the course you are enquiring about.
