after MBBS I got registered In Delhi medical council then I got NOC from there and then got registered in Haryana medical council now I have to register in UP to persue PG there. what is the procedure????

Nitika, if it has been more than 1 year that you completed your MBBS and you want to register with UP Medical Council the FAQs available at: https://upmedicalcouncil.org/UploadedFiles/ImageLatestUpdates/faq.pdf suggest that you reach out to the office directly at their email id. Please reach out to them at: upmedicalcouncil@upsmfac.org and they shall help you with the procedure.
